About the role


Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of talent acquisition for this organisation, including talent management and onboarding. This is a technical recruitment position which will see you work on the acquisition of volume hiring for java developers, mobile developers, digital marketers, content partnership and the like.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • End to end technical recruitment

  • Onboarding of successful candidates

  • International travel throughout the region to support company growth

  • Multi-faceted sourcing strategies including networking, internet postings, university relations

  • Mentor and provide guidance and direction to hiring partners

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software technology is required.

Skills & Experiences:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, IT or any field related

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant technical recruitment experience (preferably digital agency)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Mandarn speakin preferred

  • Proven ability to delight your stakeholders expectations

  • Proven ability to deliver recruitment projects to timeline

  • Ability to interact in a flat structure, no hierarchy team environment

  • Ability to make sound, well rounded decisions with minimal support
