Inside Sales Rep - US MNC (Mandarin Speaking)


Job Description


Responsible for security software renewals for specific
countries in APJC


Work with account managers, sales specialists and resellers
to quote, validate accuracy and assist in closure and increase renewal sales
through upselling or cross selling into renewal opportunities.


May also be directly responsible to manage and close deals
for specific territory segments determined by manager


Needs to update and manage deals through CRM tool and other internal systems


Produce, at minimum, weekly status report of renewals deals
for assigned territory and deliver renewal updates and opportunity forecast to
sales management


Liaise and maintain working relationships with resellers and
cisco internal teams


 


Must meet sales objectives such as quota, renewal rates,
annual contract values and productivity requirements

Job Requirements


Experience & preferred personal qualities


At least 3 to 5 years IT sales experience, preferably in software renewal role


Candidates should have at least 5 years working experience in customer facing roles. Experience working in a system integrator or in a software company would be ideal


Security software knowledge is preferred


Partner management experience and telesales experience would be an advantage


Ability to listen, assertiveness and confidence are desired qualities


Problem solving skills, ability to think creatively


High energy, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are desired qualities
