IT SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

• Support on issues/requests regarding desktop/laptop, server and relevant IT applications and common operating system (windows/linux).


• Responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, security treats, network and peripheral equipment.


• Perform other duties related to the operations of the IT department, as required.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in computer science, information technology or equivalent.


• Preferably with 1 years of working experience in the related field.


• Knowledge of Microsoft windows operating system, Microsoft office, antivirus.


• Proficient knowledge in computer hardware, software systems, programs, computer networks, network administration, network installation and computer troubleshooting.


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and dedicated.


• 2 full-time positions available.


• Applicants must be willing to work either in Leboh Pasar Besar, Kuala Lumpur or Subang Jaya.
