About the role

• The Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer is responsible for the Management Reporting of the bank.


• He/She is also responsible to comply with the internal policies and procedures established by the Group or Core Business Functional Departments concerned. This involves optimizing the organization of the Function and implementing, planning and controlling his/her resources and costs.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Operational Risk Senior Manager/ Manager in the management of operational risk and outsourcing service providers.


2. Perform periodically reporting to the internal parties and to the regulators on the Operational Risk matters.


3. Provide communications and front/ middle/ back-offices and understanding of operational risk issues of the Bank.


4. Follow-up on the Operational risk mitigation strategies and monitor the progress of the operational risks issues that have been identified.


5. Review Operational Risk Management manual in line with the Bank’s policy and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the banking industry


• Has adequate understanding in operational matters involving end-to-end process of the front and back-offices functions.


• Knowledge in IT and system Security for Banking operations is advantageous.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
