1. To perform all front office reception duties.
2. Answer incoming calls with professional telephone etiquette and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department within the Company.
3. Handling incoming correspondence/courier/despatch for distribution.
4 Print and record incoming emails sytematically for circulation daily.
5. Attend to ad-hoc matters when is required.
Requirements:
1. Ability to speak confidently in English.
2. Computer literate.
3. Possess positive attitude, pleasant outgoing personality, conscientious and team player.
4. Female candidates are preferred due to nature of work.
