About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Commercial Finance Manager, the role is to lead the management and control of trade spend by organizing, planning and coordinating of the budget and actual processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for variance analysis, review monthly trade spend actual vs forecast and understand business reasons for variances.
- Management and optimization of trade spend targets, ensuring they are in line with objectives. Support sales team to review customer contract and validate trading terms
- Responsible for budgetary control and conduct sakes analysis on region performance.
- Prepare customer and channel profitability analysis.
- Education and training on processes and systems to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Managers specializing in commercial finance with knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and interact across business functions and levels.
- Possess strong analytical skills, well organized with good attention on details
