Project Pipeline includes

• 5 x 38 Story – Phase 1


• 6 x 39 story – Phase 2 – Rm 900m


• Infra works on Double Track extension – Rm 1.4 bn+

about the role

You will be attached full time to a mega building project in Ampang. This is a stand alone position where you work on the pre, post. You will coordinate between consultants, architects and manage all contract issues with subcontractors and supplies. This role is based at the site office and you will work 5.5 days each week. Your current role may be ACM or Senior QS and you will have the ambition to prove yourself in a contract manager capacity.

skills and experience: The ideal candidate will have experience working with a reputable main contractor working on either High rise, Mixed development, Malls or other building works (schools, university etc) You will have 10+ years experience and ideally graduated in a QS discipline. Your previous project experience should include some larger projects (>100m)

culture and benefits: 10-12k salary.This is a great chance to work independently on a complex and high profile development. As the job scope is varied it would suit a hands on contract manager or Senior QS with high attention to detail. As this is a stand alone position we are looking for someone who is happy to put in the hard work when required but also the ability to get involved in complex contract negotiations.
