Randstad is partnering with leading international FMCG based organization. The client is specializing in the manufacture of premium beverages. The client is expanding their portfolio and looking for Plant Engineer to be a part of their team.

about the role

The client is offering a permanent Plant Engineer position. You are responsible for utilize plant engineering methodologies, system and tools as defined by company

duties

• You are responsible with the development and maintenance of the parts catalogues, owner’s manuals, and operational instruction manuals for the all utilities equipment.


• You are responsible on process improvements to facilitate existing equipment running at its maximum potential. You are also need to recommend new equipment to increase line efficiency.


• Provide information throughout the various proposal, engineering and construction phases to the proposal and project teams with regard to all aspects of Plant engineering.


• Develop, organize, maintain and execute all engineering functions and supporting materials and documentation so that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


• Maintain the spare parts inventory to ensure that there are no production interruptions as a result of equipment failure.


• Develop proposal and project specific specification for the preparation of P&ID’s and the supervision of the installation of the project P&ID data base; such as numbering, tagging, graphical symbols, etc.

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation engineering, etc


• In­depth technical knowledge (I.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Process, & Product Mastery).


• Minimum 3 years working experience in food industry/FMCG.


• Must possess a thorough knowledge of work safety related to food processing and operational.


• Able to work under dynamic working environment.
