Job description:
- Assisting Executive Chef in all back-of house-activities for both the kitchen and juice bar sections which include but are not limited to pre-preparation and preparation of food and drink.
- Assist in the creation and continuous development of restaurant menu.
- Assist in the creation of detailed documentation on menu item preparation as well as restaurant operations.
- Assist in stock management and storage control on daily basis
- Assist in the training of new staff on restaurant processes and procedures as well as food/drink preparation
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of work experience in the Japanese food or sushi industry.
- Required language(s): English, Malay. Chinese language an advantage.
