TELEPHONE OPERATOR
Responsible for providing high standards of friendly, helpful, accurate, and efficient service of the hospitals’ telecommunication system including maintaining, monitoring and safeguarding its record confidentiality at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
1.Reports to work station 10 minutes before the start of shift in a high
standard of personal grooming as specified in the front office grooming
guidelines.

Job Requirement:-
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality / healthcare industry or related environment.
- Able to work on shifts & nigh shifts.
- Knowledge of handling telecommunication switchboard is preferable.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
