Patient Service Associate (Singapore)


Singapore major Hospital with 1000 beds is seeking for Patient Service Associate.


Job description:
– Perform administrative duties
– Provide excellent frontline customer service to the patients
– Responsible for registration and bill, payment/deposit collection
– Appointment scheduling, follow-up appointments, assigning beds
– Financial advice to patients
– Responsible for conducting basic patient assessments
– Required to work on weekends, Public Holidays and rotating shifts


Requirements:
– Minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
– Fresh STPM / Diploma / Degree graduates can be considered
– Customer Service experience will be an advantage
– Pleasant disposition, confident, team player with good interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Conversant in basic Mandarin will be an advantage
– Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
