1. Training & Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Designing competence based training


• Developing Talent Management concept


• Evaluating career path and succession planning based on competence based assessment


• Assist in implementation of knowledge management

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering


• Minimum 2 years experience in related field


• Able to work in team and likes new challenge


• High motivation and good integrity


• Good English skill


• Head office (Jakarta) based
