Secretary to Director

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 27 years old.


• Minimum D3 holder from a leading Secretary Academy. S1 holder from related major will be highly prioritized.


• At least 3 years of experience as a Secteraty to Director.


• Good level in English, both oral and written.


• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Power Point, Word and Excel)


• Able to perform multitasking and working with colleagues.


• Able to perform and deliver tasks on time.


• Good skills in filling management.


• Detail oriented, high integrity, honest, lyalty, responsibility and trustworthy.


• Possess excellent communication skill.


• Placement at Central Jakarta.

General Manager Manajemen Aset

Requirements :

• Degree on any major from a well-known univerity.


• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in the field of asset management in managerial position.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• In depth knowledge of of Business Strategy, Budgeting, Property Management.


• Strong financial and negotiation skill.


• Strong knowledge of rules and regulations on commercial property, leasing management and tenancy mix.


• Placement at Central Jakarta.
