The Company
A global property developer with a diversed portfolio of over 90 projects in Asia. They offer a great working environment and are seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support the Sales and Marketing team.
The Role
You will be confident in your abilities and have prior, recent experiences on commercial and residential projects within Malaysia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Provide admin support in sales documentation, commission claim etc
• Answer incoming call and handle customer enquiry
• Assist and guide customer to fill-in any type of forms
• Prepare daily/weekly sales report
• Keep track of sales target
• Key in and update data/record on system
• Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales support for any sales event, exhibition whenever needed
• General admin duties and other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by
Company
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years working experience in sales admin position in a property development company.
- Possess good interpersonal, excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge in IFCA or equivalent Developer Systems.
