M&E Engineer (Building Services) - Kuala Lumpur

My client is an ambitious Property Developer with numerous high rise projects at the moment. They have been established over the last twenty years and due to a major increase in business require M&E Engineers at various levels.

The main duties of the position will include –

• Planning, organising, coordinating and driving work to meet deadlines.


• Liaise with and monitor sub contrators.


• Source material prices from suppliers, manufacturers and contractors for cost comparison.


• Coordinate with local authorities related to all necessary MEP requirements for the project.


• Participate in testing & commissiong of all building M&E services.

Ideally the skills and experience you have will include –

• At least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.


• At least 5 years experience gained from within a property developer


• Have strong spoken English language skills.


• Have decent grasp of AutoCad.

Although the company has over 100 employees, they still pride themselves on being a family ran company. Every two year the company goes on a paid group holiday, last year Australia, previously South Korea and China.
