- This role will be responsible for business development, market research, project management and all aspect in the operation of an office. You will supervise and lead a team for the group. In this position, we are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and both technical and business knowledge, who are also versatile, and can communicate effectively with local staff, government authorities, contractors and different professionals.
- Responsibilities
• Lead and manage but not limited to business development, market research, daily operation & administration, human resources management, construction, sales and marketing & etc.;
• Lead and supervise a team of staff and departments to maintain and control effectiveness and standard of works;
• Involve in whole development cycle from acquisition, project planning & design, tendering, construction to marketing and sales;
• Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects;
• Keep cash flow records and prepare cash flow and project costing report to senior management in Hong Kong;
• Maintain good relationship with local business partners;
• Develop new business opportunities
- Requirement
• Degree holders in Real Estate, Architectural, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
• Preferably 5 years’ managerial experiences in property developers or consultant firms;
• Solid project management experience in overseeing development projects independently from inception to completion;
• Experience in residential or commercial projects preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Malay
• Self-motivated with good leadership and communication skills
• Willing to station overseas
