About the role
As a recruitment consultant in our KL office, you will be responsible for recruiting in your own vertical market within the Accounting, Finance & Hr industry. You will build your own business, develop a strong client base and an even stronger candidate network, matching the right candidates to the right clients.
 
Duties
●      screen & interview candidates
●      business development calls
●      match candidates to client job briefs
●      account management
●      meet KPI’s & targets
●      book and attend client meetings
●      headhunt candidates
●      understand client and candidate requirements
 
Skills & experience
It is important that you are able to work with a real sense of urgency in a fast paced environment as you can make the difference between clients meeting their operational deadlines or losing valuable productivity. This is full end to end recruitment role where you will be acquiring new clients and managing the candidate’s Randstad experience. Ideal candidates have an above average drive to succeed, can demonstrate a high level of resilience and have a strong desire to please their customers. You will have at least 2 years experience as a recruitment consultant within an agency or internal environment, although if you have at least 2 years working experience within the construction, property or engineering industry we are also open to hearing from you.
