Senior ERP Lead

SENIOR ERP LEAD
 
Main Objectives:
– Technical Support for ERP Applications
– Business Users Support
– Leading A Team
 
Challenges:
– Understanding the Business process
Understanding Local ERP / TASK HUB
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for collection, analysis and documentation of business requirement associated with ERP system.

  • Leads/Coordinates ERP implementation, enhancement, drive quality support and project delivery.

  • Manage external consultancy resource to support ERP customization driven by business needs.

  • Establish / Maintain Change Management process around ERP to comply with Company SOX, IT compliance requirement within the BU’s group in Singapore, Batam and Malaysia.

 
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serves as IT systems liaison within BU for process improvement, business process and system integration, project status reporting, problem reporting and resolution.

  • Communicate and work together with the Strategic Business Group AP IT community for the design and implementation of business solutions. Escalate issues when needed.

  • Develops and conducts customer training and refresher training courses on need basis

  • Participates in the definition and negotiation of contract requirements with suppliers with respect to individual statements of work

  • Monitors day-to-day work resulting from supplier relationships, as well as any special projects that may arise as a result of changing business requirements.

  • Provides input to the negotiation process for service level agreements with customers and service providers.

  • Manage direct reports and supplier partner team.

  • Prepares and monitors budget for area of responsibility.

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Technology or Business, or related field.

  • Overall 7 Years IT experience and 3 Years in deploying & supporting ERP systems.

  • Strong project management capability and PMP or equivalent project management qualification required.

  • Have good understanding of ERP deployment methodology.

  • Experience of managing multiple, diverse and complex business processes, systems and ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.

  • Consistent and effective use of change management framework, ability to anticipate and execute action plan to proactive drive organization change.

  • Working  experience in a matrix environment and with remote team globally.

  • Highly team oriented with team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively with IT staff.

  • Leadership influence skills and management experience.

  • Self-directed, strong business acumen, attention to details, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Can operate effectively in global networks and across all  Strategic Business Group’s Business Units and is effective at relationship-building at all level of the organization.

  • Six Sigma green-belt certified, black-belt desired.

  • First-hand experience managing projects – must be able to be hands-on when required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for communication to senior management and cross functional team members including users.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to negotiate priority in a matrix organization.

  • Must have strong facilitation skills.

  • Influencing, excellent partnering skill, stakeholder management.

  • Be a self-starter, achieving great results with minimum supervision.

  • Strong customer focus and partnership with business.

  •  Experience with TASK HUB highly desirable, SAP preferred.
