Application Engineer

Zentrek Technologies is seeking a Application Engineer to deploy our proprietary product (software and electronics product) to meet customer requirement in test automation.

Job Description
1. To Provide technical expertise in support of our customers as well as partners that implement our products

2. Manage the technical relationship of customers on a long term basis resulting in delighted customers.
3. Feedback on technical issues while maintaining the customers frequently updates on progress and utilizing knowledge and resources to deliver an efficient and effective resolution
4. Produce Knowledge Articles for general usage, per resolved issues
5. Work closely with the rest of the Support tiers and R&D group on product defects

Required Skills/Experience :
1. E&E / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering graduated or equivalent experience in Test Automation system.
2. Experience with support of software product life cycle including software defect finding and validation
3. Experience with c++/c# programming
4. Required to travel to customer site for technical support and sales inquiry
5. Strong desire to work with complex technical challenged combined with intense customer interaction.
6. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
7. Fluency in English.
