Nutty Scientists Lab Outlet Manager

~~Job descriptions:
1. Ensure the lab outlet premises are well maintained, organised, and always keeping the whole outlook presentation & atmosphere at top notch level
2. Job duties include working with the directors, science enrichment instructors, and key business clientele, ie pre schools, primary schools, private schools, and kids aged 4-16 years
3. Be plugged in to business framework, structure, operational process flows, inventory care, and overseeing the accounting & finance book ledger
4. Strong ability in identifying business opportunities through constant market research, and in depth analysis, thus develop new potential business clientele
5. Key monitoring  day to day operational activities & perform evaluation on science enrichment instructors performance
6. Lead, supervise, essential product info & knowledge, orderly methodologies in scripts with hands on, best level supports and deeply motivates the science enrichment instructors
7. Create and implement strategic ways to achieve greater profitability through:
a. Increasing average numbers of clientele, including ensuring repeating business sales
b. Increasing overall numbers of confirmed orders for special events: ie, birthday parties, school break holiday science camps, scientific expositions (multiple & simultaneous science demonstrations ), scientific shows ( adapted for large or small audiences depending on venues ), science lab on site workshops
c. Increasing total number of members, ie Instagram, Facebook, Wechat, Twitte
8. Produce daily accounting book keeping report, and monitoring accounts receivable and payable, assisting basic accounting, ie, data entry, prepare payment vouchers & cheques, and filings
9. Ensure key directions from directors are follow through and accomplished
