My client is a market leading national property developer specialising in high end, high rise iconic residential developments across KL for over 15 years. They partner with leading tier 1 / 2 main contractors, changing the city skyline. Due to organic growth they now require an experienced Project Manager to join their business.

This role will suit an ambitious, driven project manager who has already completed at least 2 or 3 projects over RM200M with some residential experience

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Property Developers . This is office based 5 days per week,

• Overseeing a variety of luxury apartments and mixed development.


• Overseeing the initial set-up for pre- development planning to managing concultants and contractors.


• Feasibility studies


• Coordinate and evaluate the procurement of all trades for this projects


• Management of the site teams, programming and planning


• Development of progress reports, as well as managing costs.

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Experienced Project Manager delivering luxury apartments or mixed used developments


• Degree qualified in a civil engineering or equivalent


• Minimum 8 years project management experience either working for a commercial construction or developer


• Strong written and verbal English skills


• Overseas experience advantageous
