about the company; Randstad are working with the in house main contractor for a well established developer. Our client has delivered high class Condo and residential mixed development projects over the last 35 years and has won multiple awards. The HQ is in Bukit Jalil and hours of work are 5.5 days per week.


Project Pipeline includes



  • 4 x 30-40 story serviced apartments




  • SOHO mixed development (RM 240m)




  • 160 room sized Hotel & Resort




  • Condo high rise (Cheras) – (RM 240m)




  • High Rise Residential – Titiwangsa



about the role


Assistant Contract Manager: You will manage/be part of a team of 4-5 QS / Executives and report through to the GM / Director. you will assist/ manage 4-5 projects and be involved in the pre, post and tendering phase. This role is based in HQ with occasional site visit (In KL) and you will work 5.5 days each week. Your current role may be ACM or Senior QS and you will have the ambition to prove yourself in a contract manager capacity.


*Please note we are willing to consider ambitious candidates who are at Senior QS level and looking to fast track their career. Initially you will start as a ACM before moving to Contract Manager after 12-18 months.


skills and experience: The ideal candidate will have experience working with a reputable main contractor working on either High rise, Mixed development, Malls or other building works (schools, university etc) You will have 10+ years experience and ideally graduated in a QS discipline. Your previous project experience should include some larger projects (>100m)
