Randstad are working with an up and coming Main Contractor who have also ventured into Property development. Our client has a project pipeline of over 2Bn

Project Pipeline includes

• 20 story commercial tower in Shah Alam (RM 200m)


• SOHO mixed development (RM 200m)


• 4 x highrise (30-40 story) Condo (RM 250m)


• Mixed commercial & Mall (RM 600m)


• MIxed office high rise and 400 apartment units – (RM 350

about the role

You will join a Contracts team of 12 and lead a team of 4 contract managers. You will report directly to the MD / Director. As the senior Contract Manager your team will manage 10-12 projects and be involved in the pre, post, procurement, setting rates and tendering. This role is based in HQ with occasional site visit (In KL) and you will work 5.5 days alternative. 1st and 3rd week each month is 5.5 days, 2nd and 4th 5 days.

skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a reputable main contractor working on either High rise, Mixed development, Malls or other building works (schools, university etc) You will have 20+ years experience and ideally graduated in a QS discipline. Your previous project experience should include some larger projects (>100m)

Your current role may be Contract Manager and you will have the ambition to prove yourself in a senior contract manager capacity.
