About the company:


Our client has diversified businesses in Malaysia and property development being their core business.


About the role:


This is a newly created role. This is to manage 4 sub divisions of the company. The key criteria required for this role would be:


  • Manage a team of HRBPs

  • Drive effective implementation of performance management system and performance based rewards for the organization.

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • Able to provide strategic solutions

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification for this role would be a Degree

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience

  • Must have had experience managing a team of at least 3 people

  • Candidates from MNCs have an added advantage
