About the role:
This is a newly created role. This is to manage 4 sub divisions of the company. The key criteria required for this role would be:
- Manage a team of HRBPs
- Drive effective implementation of performance management system and performance based rewards for the organization.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Able to provide strategic solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification for this role would be a Degree
- Minimum 10 years of working experience
- Must have had experience managing a team of at least 3 people
- Candidates from MNCs have an added advantage
