Our client is one of Malaysia’s Top Property Developer in various developments such as high rise residential, townships and mixed developments in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor. The company is looking to expand their Marketing & Sales team in Johor.

role

The candidate must have experience in handling full marketing processes from pre-launch to handover.

duties

• Propose effective marketing plans and strategies for all products and ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target


• Developing, planning & implementing marketing strategies and activities for all projects assigned


• Monitor competitors’ real estate projects in terms of design, facilities and pricing strategies.


• Lead marketing team to implement action plan


• Evaluate marketing effectiveness for each marketing campaign


• Provide support to sales team

skills and experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant


• Minimum 12 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in the Property Sector


• Extensive knowledge in the Property Industry within Malaysia
