One of the largest cruise line companies that have been developing the cruise industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Its foray into the global shipping market markets in North America and Europe via expansion is now seeking a VP (Revenue Manager) to helm operations for them supporting their team of analysts.

You would be reporting to the Vice President , of the yield management department , and you will have direct reports consisting of Managers , Execs and executives.

Job Description.

• Responsible in overseeing sections of Inventory Management, Pricing, Revenue Analysis and Product Setup.


• Responsible for leading the implementation of strategic and tactical pricing plans.


• Maximise yield opportunity across all regions / countries through inventory management and pricing.


• Reviews, improves, and drives continuous improvement of policies and processes.


• Contributes to ongoing operational improvements with the YM department.


• Liaise with two cruise brand’s VP of YM to ensure deliverable of pricing and inventory related activities in Seaware system. Qualifications & Experience

To apply for this role , you should possess :

• University Degree in Finance / Business / Mathematics / Economics or equivalent


• Minimum of 10 years of working experience with 3 years heading Revenue or Yield Management role


• Must have working experience in Travel / Hospitality Industry (Hotel, Airlines or Cruise lines)


• Strong analytical, leadership and management skills


• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence tools (SAP BW / OLAP / Pivot Table Services) , Microsoft Access, Datawarehouse techniques


• Detailed revenue management system knowledge, application techniques and processes in Cruise or similar industry.


• Strong leadership and management skill


• Self-starter, proactive and decisive in managing day-to-day revenue / yield management operations


• Able to speak and write Mandarin is an absolute advantage.
