Account and Admin Assistant
- To perform basic accounting
- Handles account receivable & payable
- To prepare payment & journal entries
- Handling bank statements, company expenses, customer payments & etc.
- Perform various daily accounting & finance activities
- Ensure proper filling & housekeeping of accounting records in a timely & accurate manner
- Provide clerical & administration support to ensure smooth running of daily operation
- Receive phone enquiries & email enquiries.
- Handles online enquiries via email or digital platforms.
- Any other duties as required
Required skill: Microsoft Office & SQL Accounting softwares. Otherwise on the job training will be provided for accounting software.
