Account and Admin Assistant


  • To perform basic accounting

  • Handles account receivable & payable

  • To prepare payment & journal entries

  • Handling bank statements, company expenses, customer payments & etc.

  • Perform various daily accounting & finance activities

  • Ensure proper filling & housekeeping of accounting records in a timely & accurate manner

  • Provide clerical & administration support to ensure smooth running of daily operation

  • Receive phone enquiries & email enquiries.

  • Handles online enquiries via email or digital platforms.

  • Any other duties as required

Required skill: Microsoft Office & SQL Accounting softwares. Otherwise on the job training will be provided for accounting software.
