Customer Relations Personnel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Perform front desk duties.
– Respond to customers enquiries by phone, email and Facebook.
– Attend to walk in customer’s enquiries and schedule for class lessons.
– To be able to deliver and provide accurate reponses to customers.
– Follow up customers’s feedbacks in order to improve customers’s experience
– Record absenties and rearrangement of classes.
– Notify students and parents on class changes.
– Compile monthly lesson fees to administrative department.

SKILLS:
– Applicants must be able to speak in English. Ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Must be willing to speak up and approach customers
– Friendly, positive attitude and willing to learn
– Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
– Relevant working experience is an added advantage
– Must be willing to work on weekends
