Job Purpose

• Maximise bottom line opportunities for a business.


• Corporate Finance Managers are responsible for identifying and securing merger and acquisition deals, managing and investing large monetary funds, and buying and selling financial products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Group CEO, assisting him by recommending and coordinating the development of the annual budget for Board Approval, managing the Group’s resources within the budget guidelines, and assisting the Group to attain the established financial goals;


• Oversee all financial activities of the Group, including preparation of financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general industry and economic outlook;


• A key member of a management team comprising visionary entrepreneurs and highly qualified professionals;


• Supporting subsidiaries in 11 Asian countries on areas of financial reporting as well as coordinate and manage the financial activities for units within the Group;


• Ensure compliance with local statutory and group management reporting requirements;


• Be responsible for the tax, treasury matters and ensure good overall corporate governance;


• Help in efficient assets and funds management, and Group ad­hoc project, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring.

Skills & Experience

• ACCA, MACPA, CIMA or equivalent and must be a member of MIA;


• At least 10 years experience in financial and accounting management with public companies/MNCs. Experience with a large auditing firm is an advantage;


• Good communication, people management, negotiation and presentation skills; Able to work harmoniously with people of many cultures;


• Ability to execute tasks independently and possess strong leadership to coach and lead a team of accounting staff;


• Experience in IPO or private equity fund raising is an advantage;


• Willing and able to travel
