HR and Admin Assistant

Job Description
 
·         Prepare and check claims such as monthly medical claims.
·         Check monthly telephone bills and usage.
·         Assist in answering incoming call and reception work in absence of receptionist or replacement during lunch hour.
·         Assist in arrangement of any company function or event.
·         Ensure confidentiality of all Company’s documentation and activities
·         Assist in the arrangement of company transport for worker to clinic or hospital when required.
·         Assist in the arrangement of workers’ transportation.
·         Perform any other related duties or lawful and reasonable order that may be given by the management from time to time in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in general.
·         To check and prepare claims such as medical, monthly expenses etc.
·         To order and control distribution of medical (First Aid) usage.
·         Registration / arrangement of training courses with external / internal training bodies.
·         To handle the administration of filing systems
 
 
Requirements
 
·         Candidate must possess at SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
·         Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
·         Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
·         Candidate must know basic computer & email (Microsoft Office, etc.)
·         Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
·         Able to do clerical job (printing/photocopying/labeling/ etc.)
·         Strong commitment and positive learning attitude
·         Willing to work in Klang
