About the role –

My client is a leading, multinational Property Developer and is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be involved in overseeing the Design schemes produced for building services on Hotels, major retail centres and commercial projects.

Duties –

The role will encompass all aspects of HVAC including the overseeing of Design, Design management and interaction with other disciplines.

Skills and qualities –

• Resolve design queries, input to proposals and write ups.


• Hold regular commercial reviews.


• Develop execution strategies.


• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Interior Design, Architectural and clients provisions.
