Job Description

1. Hands on experience in Tivoli Tools installation, configuration, setup & Problem Determination.
2. H/W infrastructure knowledge (Servers, N/W, Security, firewalls, SAN Storage)
3. Product Support experience with Tivoli Tools
4. Knowledge of Vmware, UNIX (AIX) and Windows operating systems.
5. Hands on experience with Tivli Monitoring, Netcool Impact, Omnibus, (optional: Bluecare)
6. Experience with some of the following technologies SHELL, PERL Scripting.

Qualifications

• Required skills: Tivoli Tools Implementation and Support


• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
