about the role

It’s a permanent position that based at Petaling Jaya. The work required you to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible Monitor, perform on the inventory and systems activities relating to warehouse & inventory

duties

• Manage and monitor KPIs relating to warehouse activities.


• Monitor inventory management and 3PL activities relating to warehouse.


• Manage overall inventory accuracy and highlight on slow moving finish goods to ensure minimum write-off.


• Manage allocation of stocks for direct delivery from ex-factory.


• Ensure stocks movement is according to FIFO method.


• Review aging reports and report on aging status to internal parties.


• Manage and maximized existing warehouse space.


• Support on pallet reports and review on movements.

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a diploma Warehouse Management or any related field.


• 3-5 years working experience in related field. Experience manufactruing industry will be added advantage.


• Ability to managed multiple commitments and task


• Able to speak well in English and Malay.
