about the role
Reporting directly to the Assistance Finance Manager, the Finance Executive would be given the opportunity to work in one of our client’s most established line of business. With an agreeable manager and high team spirit, this team has proven to be one of the highest retention in the entire group.

duties & responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management report


• Maintain close interaction with finance shared services as relevant departments or business units in regard to account closing and reviewing reports


• Involved in the process of business planning, budgeting and forecasting


• Responsible to provide additional support to management including putting forward journal adjustments


• Ensures punctual and accurate billing and capturing of collections


• Assist superior in handling any ad-hoc task when necessary

skills & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business and/ or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ MICPA/ equivalent


• Good interpersonal skills required to interact with stakeholders of different levels and countries


• minimum 1 year of working experience


• Good command Chinese required because job includes communication with Chinese speaking counterparts
