Our client is an insurance agency with more than 20 years in business, representing an international well-established brand. They are currently expanding their network across Malaysia to promote wealth products and solutions to the mass market.
We are seeking existing part-time or full-time Unit Trust consultants working for established asset management companies. This is an excellent opportunity for you to COMPLEMENT your portfolio of clients and also INCREASE your income base simultaneously.
about the job
As a Wealth Planner, this is your perfect opportunity to help your clients PRESERVE their investments through a range of Conventional and Takaful wealth products and solutions. Among the key responsibilities includes:
- You advise clients based on risk-based assessment of their current position to match to their objectives and needs
- You recommend appropriate products and solutions to clients to PRESERVE their wealth based on three principles – accumulation, preservation, and distribution.
- You proactively seek new clients and maintain existing clients by providing excellent after-sales services

- You can work anytime, anywhere with no restriction to working hours and location
- You have access to office and its facilities to conduct appointments or meetings during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)
- You will be well compensated with commission and bonus (subject to meeting the minimum criteria set out)
criteria, skills & experiences
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- MUST have proven sales track record of annual Unit Trust total sales of RM1.5 million
- NOT a registered agent with any life and/or general insurance in Malaysia
- Individual who are not active in their practice for the past 12 months are welcome to apply
- MUST have valid FIMM, PCE and CEILLI (or Syariah equivalent e.g. TBE) licenses, or in the midst of obtaining the professional certificates
- Possess strong sales drive, entrepreneurial mindset (with the aim of business ownership), and a deep interest in Wealth Management subjects
