ANZ HW Customer Fulfillment Representative - Petaling Jaya, SGR


Job Description

1. Supports end to end hardware order management for business partner and direct customer for Australia / New Zealand region which includes order, delivery, billing and installation management

2. Ensure timely follow ups to maintain the billing timeliness, billing accuracy and dispute resolution

3. Perform billing request and billing management activities for internal hardware team

4. Ensure compliance to all audit guidelines and adhere to all established processes.

5. Assume additional responsibilities as required.
