• Providing independent construction dispute resolution advice and solutions to contractors, clients and solicitors.


• Drafting reports suitable for arbitration or litigation proceeding


• Be the representative for arbitration or litigation proceedings


• Responsible for the resolution of disputes and litigious contracts beyond final accounts

skills & responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• The ideally candidate will come from a consultancy background and are interested in the claims & dispute resolution aspect of Quantity Surveying.


• Degree in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or Engineering;


• A qualification in Law / Construction Law would be highly desirable;


• Previous Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Construction / Engineering projects


• Proven experience in managing Dispute Resolution for sub-contractors, developers, main contractors and suppliers
