Join a listed main contractor with over MYR 1Bn in project pipeline.Working on a 6-7 year mega project which includes mixed use Mall, high rise condominiums & office towers and a hotel.

about the role
Working closely with an experienced Project Director you will be heavily involved with Pre Contract work on this major project. You will also work on on going feasibility studies for exciting new projects and liaise with QS & PMC consultants regularly. You will use your extensive costing experience from concept, planning to completion.

skills & responsibilities

• Total work experience of >15 years. Split across Main Contractors


• and consultancies.


• Mixed use project experience beneficial


• Experience on projects worth >MYR 100m
