Group Corporate

* To assist in assessing and managing the capital raising exercises from equity and debt market.
* To assist in managing and assessing the corporate exercises such as the mergerand acquisition activities;
  disposal of investments, companies and/or business; changes in existing business scope and/or direction;
  and special projects.
* To assist in corporate reporting covers the periodic and immediate announcement to bursa, shareholder’s approval, and submission
  to authorities in compliance with listing requirements; companies act and any other relevant authorities.
* To assist in analyzing Ann Joo Group’s operation performance relative to the strategic direction and
  corporate initiatives and rationalizing the corporate structure and plan the business direction of ANN Joo Group COmpanies
  to achieve ANn Joo Group’s business objective.
* To assist in the research and analysis of the economic and steel industry market forces
* To assist in attending to the investor relation sessions and responding to the queries raised by the analysis
* To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

Requirement:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields prefereably research analysis and investment banking experience.
* Matured and self-motivated workers and possess the Zest to work under pressure to meet deadliness
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Possess strong analytical interpersonal skills and a good team player.
