MARKETING EXECUTIVE - FULL TIME

• To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives.


• To develop, manage & oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.


• Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market.


• To find, train and manage promoters


• To report promoters performance and work / sales result to the management


• To manage roadshows and events set up and tear down


• Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.


• Budget management in order to deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget.


• To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution.


• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments on all other marketing aspect of the company.


• Perform any other sales and marketing related duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

 
Requirements:  

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development or equivalent.


• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.


• Responsible, mature, independent, trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work without supervision


• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels


• Results-oriented, resourceful, creative and innovative.


• Work well under pressure and to deadlines.


• Possess own transportation


• Required skill(s): MS Office. Proficient in letter writing will be an added advantage


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
