about the role

You will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and assist in the Surveying and cost management of long term affordable housing projects (RM400-600m in size). These projects will run from 2016 to 2020.

• Cost management and cost planning


• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Estimating


• Feasibility cost advice


• Subcontractor tender analysis and evaluation


• Liaise and manage Clients and stakeholders

skills & responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• 3+ years local or International Quantity Surveying/ Estimating experience with a Consultancy (QS or PMC)


• Recently graduated with Construction / Cost management or Quantity Surveying


• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
