HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Description
– Managing full spectrum of human resources, services covering recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development and employee relations
– Manpower planning and management including recruitment, engagement, deployment, career development and training for employees.
– To oversee and administer HR & Admin Departmental functions and support all group company activities.
– Monitor all matters related to foreign workers including planning, allocation, working permit, accommodation and etc.
– Payroll administration and reports.
– Maintains the work structure by updating jobs requirement and job description for all positions.
– Maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
– Involvement in Process Improvement Project and willingness to undertake any ad hoc assignment.
 
Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Human Resource Management or equivalent.
– At least (s) 5 years working experience in the related field
– Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai 3 area
– Prefer Chinese Female only
– Full Time position (s) available
– Can start work immediately
