about the company

Well known main contractor brand who have built a reputation in High Rise and Infra projects. Having an enviable track record since the 70’s our client have delivered high rise 5 * hotels (500 rooms) as well as power plants and sewage treatment plants.

about the role

Reporting to the GM of contracts you will mostly handle the Pre Contract and Tendering work. You will work closely with the commercial team and support them in budding for work and value engineering tenderers to help secure business. You will lead a small team and help upskill and develop them.

skills and experience

• Experience with High Rise projects in Malaysia


• Good attention to detail and ability to highlight tender obligations


• Manage and register subcontractors


• 75% of experience should be in high rise
