Working Hours: 8 Hours a day, 6 days a week


Receptionist Job Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Assists & serves clients by greeting and welcoming them appropriately.

  • Notifies company personnel of client’s arrival

  • Answers incoming calls and inquiries

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time

Skills:


  • Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Handles Pressure.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum SPM level/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa

  • Hard working, Confident, Fast Learner, Goal Oriented & Positive Thinker

  • Able to do multi task job

  • Able to start immediately
