Working Hours: 8 Hours a day, 6 days a week
Receptionist Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assists & serves clients by greeting and welcoming them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of client’s arrival
- Answers incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Skills:
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Handles Pressure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM level/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa
- Hard working, Confident, Fast Learner, Goal Oriented & Positive Thinker
- Able to do multi task job
- Able to start immediately
