Technician / Handyman

Job Description:

We are a Property Management Company.  In line with our expansion plans, we are seeking suitable qualified dedicated and result-oriented candidates for the following positions:-
 
TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN (KUALA LUMPUR, SELANGOR, PENANG)
Responsibilities
·        To carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing and masonary works. Repairs works that involve chargeman and/or expert skills will not be included in this duty.
·        To assist the Building Manager to carry out routine inspection of all the relevant components located within the buildings such as the M&E services (lift, pumps, genset, fire-fighting equipment, etc.)
·        To attend to any minor defect that might lead to major defects, leakages located in the common pipes, ducting and any other related defects arising thereto.
·        To carry out any other duties as may be required by the Building Manager as and when they arise in connection with the management of the condominium.
Requirements
·     Candidate must have at least SPM, SPMV, SKM,
·     Preferably with working experience
·     Full time position available
