Account Executive

Responsibilities:

 • Able to handle full set accounts
• To ensure timely and accuracy of reconciliation of bank accounts, payable and receivable accounts, etc.
• Perform monthly GST transactions, ensuring right tax codes custom submission timely
• Maintenance of proper accounting records and filling system
• Other Accounting related task as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• minimum Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL accounting software & Microsoft Applications
• Practical knowledge accounting system & GST regulations
• Able to work well with others as a team and possess good personality
• Required language : English , Malay , Mandarin
• Female Preferable
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Able to start work immediately would be advantage
