- Proven ability to groom talent and manage individuals
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience leading and inspiring teams
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or any equivalent
- Preferably 8-10+ years of strong working experience in B2C marketing in the ecommerce/digital industry, preferably with Management experience
- Be adeptly in touch with e-commerce industry and have an understanding of the local market
- Proven ability to groom talent and manage individuals
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience leading and inspiring teams
- Have experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, channel/retail) that drove positive results in Malaysia.
