Personal Assistant to Art Gallery Director
Job Description:
The individual we are looking for will work closely with our Gallery Director, in managing schedules and coordinating people in addition to liasing with a high-end clientele.
She/he needs to be highly-efficient and possess very good organisational skills, be able to communicate fluently in English(second language would be highly recommended),be able to work independently, is matured,motivated and has initiative.
The right candidate would be required to have a basic Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Secretarial Studies/Office Management/Administration/Basic Accounting or book-keeping and Stock-taking, be proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs.The candidate should be able to liase with and deal with auditors and company secretaries in the filing of accounts.
There is an opportunity to travel with this position.
This is a full/part-time position working within a creative and interesting environment.
Should have at least 2 years working experience.
