Our client is a MNC manufacturing organization. The client is a leader in sustainable technologies and has operation in more than 30 over countries. The client is actively looking for a talented Automation Engineer’s to join their company as part of their expansion plan.

about the role

It’s a permanent position that based at Nilai /Klang.The work required you to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You are responsible for the new project of plant expansion. The company is growing and expanding their portfolio and this will be a very unique opportunity in Malaysia which will elevate your career.

duties

• To plan and train engineering staff in all new project implemented.


• Interface between the plant engineering team and external engineering contractors to assure equipment and services are operational.


• To execute task given from time to time from the top management such as PMS scope.


• To execute and follow management decision and task from time to time.

• Approved Final Layout Drawing after execution for filling (Machine, Building, Piping, electrical, Layout, tooling and etc)


• Approved Layout Drawing before execution (Machine, Building, Piping, electrical, Layout, tooling and etc)


• Costing Summary – Projected plan for Payment Schedule. With Weekly and monthly updated Submitted to Engineering Manager and Operation Manager.


• To develops Project SOP and Checklist.


• Check of Electrical Specification – Machine Inspection checklist (Supplier sites and In house) Machine Inspection Protocol.


• Supervise plant automation and Capex project automation ~ RM 3M – 4M

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical


• Have 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant


• Have past experience handling plant start up project.


• Possess good understanding and working member on ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and TS16949 management system.


• Specific experience in Allen Bradley PLC and Wonderware software-SCADA


• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing and Practices and Kaizen
