Project Executive
Responsibilities:
– Responsible on project planning, scheduling and track project timeliness and milestones.
– To conduct inspection of work accordance to quality standards.
– To liaise with relevant authorities and follow-up on approvals.
– Responsible in monitoring, meeting construction schedules, budget and quality product.
– To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, variation orders, documentation and presentations.
Requirements:
– Possess a Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural or equivalent from a recognized University / College.
– Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the project development, construction or consultancy industry.
– Possess site coordination experience, problems solving skills, and ability to interpret drawings.
– Candidates with proven track record in town ship development are encouraged to apply.
– Computer literate.
